Privacy policy

This privacy statement covers the Mobograaf website and the orders you place here. The Mobograaf is part of Mobograaf, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 71051864.

What data we process

When you place an order, we ask for your name, address, email address and optionally your phone number. If you order for a club or company, we also ask for the name of the organisation, its KVK or VAT number and what you will use the photos for. We also keep a record of which photos you ordered.

What we use it for

• to process your order and make your photos available on your personal order page;
• to keep you informed by email about the status of your order;
• to create an invoice and keep our accounts.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice data for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires us to. A cancelled order without an invoice is deleted immediately on request.

Photos

The photos on this site were taken during public rowing races. Are you in a photo and would you like it taken offline? Send an email with the race and the photo number and we will remove it.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as your language choice. Your basket is stored in your own browser. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, insofar as the law allows. Email mobograaf@kylianalkemade.nl to do so. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
